The Best People

No company is anything without its people. Our people are our strength. We start by recruit carefully for any contract to ensure that we get the best possible candidates. If we can't find the right people straight away we will cover the contract with mobile cleaners and other members of our operations team until we get the right candidates, rather than rush to fill positions with less than ideal recruits.

 

We pay our team a fair wage that is above the industry average but, perhaps more importantly, we pride ourselves on treating every member of our team with dignity and respect. This all results in much lower staff turnover and a better result for you   the client.

The Right Equipment

We want our staff to do the best job possible so in order to enable them to do that we provide them with the best equipment possible.We use Numatic hoover and carpet cleaning machines. Why? Because they really get the job done. First time, every time

Proper Training

Everyone thinks they know how to clean. How hard can it be after all? We don't subscribe to this point of view. All of our staff, no matter what their previous experience, are trained to standards applied and assessed by the British Institute of Cleaning Science, of which we are a member.

Real Support

It's all about teamwork as far as we're concerned. Our people on the ground are supported by a dedicated supervisory and management team. On larger contracts we'll put in house supervisors in place, and our mobile cleaners will always be on call to offer backup when required. Regular visits from our business development team will ensure that everything always runs smoothly and that problems are anticipated where possible, and resolved quickly when the unforeseen arises.
