We train all of our staff in the British Institute of Cleaning Science (B.I.C.S.) methodology. This means they are trained to an objective standard. While many may think that 'how clean something is' is a subjective judgement, BICS has established that 95% of any cleaning task can be agreed to meet objectively measureable standards. It is these standards to which our staff are trained.
